Paige Sanders (she/her)

Paige has been touring and evaluating houses since age 10, when she joined her mother in the search for a “perfect” home. It took six years before THE ONE was found – by Paige! (The FSBO turned out to be a DIY surplus special, as her parents would have learned had they had an inspection and used a knowledgeable Realtor.) 

Before Paige made her real estate consulting role legit in 2014, she worked in the television and newspaper worlds. She loves that her well-honed sleuthing skills and communications background give her clients an advantage over other Realtors. The experiences Paige has had as buyer and seller of several personal properties have led her to focus on educating others about the process of buying, selling and investing in real estate. 

Paige is also a rabid DIYer. “I unknowingly start with the most challenging projects. Not knowing the level of what I’ve taken on has been a blessing since I’m a perfectionist!” When not showing properties or working on her own house and garden projects, Paige can be found playing with glass, sourdough bread and her six critters.

As a consultant with 20 years of coaching expertise and a 40-year foundation in sales and customer service, Me’Shel has a unique gift for hearing what professionals truly need to succeed. She is a perpetual student of growth strategies, constantly seeking out new ways to help individuals and companies navigate change with confidence.

Me’Shel is perhaps best known for her ability to drive radical results, once scaling a team’s performance from 26 to 290 sales in just twelve months. Now, she brings that same drive for excellence to our LGBTQIA+ networking community. Marci is a seasoned marketing and media consultant with over thirty years of experience advising agencies and brands. As the Midwest representative for Q1 Media, an Austin-based digital media services company, Marci brings a strategic and enthusiastic approach to helping clients grow awareness and revenue for their businesses.

A lifelong marketer, Marci chose Q1 Media for its commitment to a collaborative and inclusive company culture and dedication to excellence. She values the company's longevity in the digital space and their focus on staying at the forefront of audience segmentation, ad delivery, and platform partnerships.

In addition to her role at Q1 Media, Marci serves as the Sponsorship Chair for 314Digital, a St. Louis educational and networking organization, where she plays a pivotal role in fostering industry connections and knowledge sharing.

In her free time, Marci enjoys spending quality moments with her wife, their four cats, and her family and friends. She loves gardening, the Missouri Botanical Gardens and swimming.
